This study explores the intricate relationship between physical activity and the risk of obesity in adulthood. As sedentary lifestyles become increasingly prevalent, understanding the influence of physical activity on overall health is crucial. Through a comprehensive analysis of lifestyle patterns and health outcomes, this research aims to elucidate the potential protective effects of regular physical activity against obesity.
